Hi, I’m Valentina Hidalgo, the founder of The Social Vow. Storytelling through content creation has been my passion for as long as I can remember. At just 10 years old, I was making YouTube videos for fun, and by 13, I had built a following of over 200,000 followers on Musical.ly (now TikTok). My passion for social media opened incredible doors—I interned at Instagram as a teen ambassador, became an official Snapchat Spotlight Creator, and worked on digital campaigns for brands while still in high school.
In college, I took my expertise to Sonoma State University, where I led the university’s lifestyle brand and played a key role in social media strategies for 13+ campus departments. Post-graduation, I turned my passion into a career, managing social media for multiple successful businesses across California.
Now, I’m embarking on my next creative journey: wedding content creation. Weddings are filled with once-in-a-lifetime moments, and I believe they should be captured in a way that feels personal, candid, and instantly shareable. With The Social Vow, I bring my years of content creation experience to couples who want to relive their special day as it happened—unedited, authentic, and full of emotion.
